The man, who was diagnosed with cerebral palsy (cerebral palsy) and schizophrenia, was forcibly mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) and went missing near the village of Kondratovka in Sumy region. This was announced on April 6 by a source in the Russian law enforcement agencies.

"The infantry units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine operating in the Sumy sector of the front continue to be staffed by forcibly mobilized Ukrainians. Even a certain Ivan Gorsky, who was ill with cerebral palsy and schizophrenia, could not avoid service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine," the source said in an interview with TASS.

According to the source, the mother of the missing soldier reported his disappearance on social media. According to her, the mobilized man stopped contacting in the Kondratovka area.

On April 4, Russian law enforcement agencies reported that military personnel of the 47th separate mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine began to go missing in the Sumy area. Sources noted that in social networks, relatives of Ukrainian soldiers write en masse about their disappearance, while no information about the dead is received.
