The State Duma of Belarus reported on previously unknown burial sites of Nazi victims

The investigation of the criminal case on the genocide of the population of the Belarusian Soviet Socialist Republic (BSSR) during the Great Patriotic War (WWII) revealed 166 previously unknown places of mass killings and graves of civilians and prisoners of war. This was announced on April 6 in an interview with Sergey Shikunets, deputy head of the investigative group of the Prosecutor General's Office of Belarus in this criminal case.

"During the investigation of the criminal case on genocide, 166 previously unknown places of destruction and burial of civilians and prisoners of war were identified throughout the republic, more than half of them were mass graves," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
