France has arrested and continues to hold 411 Russian citizens. This was announced on April 6 at the Russian Embassy in the Fifth Republic.

"At the moment, the embassy has information about 411 Russian citizens who have been arrested and are under investigation," the diplomats told RIA Novosti.
