Two people were killed when an APU drone attacked a tractor in the Zaporizhia region.

In the Zaporizhia region, two agricultural workers were killed as a result of a drone strike by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on April 5 by the governor of the region Evgeny Balitsky.

"The UAV hit the MTZ-80 tractor, which was performing routine field work — without weapons, without a military task. It was a deliberate attack on peaceful people engaged in peaceful labor. As a result of the attack, two farmers were killed," he wrote on his channel in the MAX messenger.

According to the head of the region, another person was injured and was taken to a medical facility, where he is being treated.

Balitsky expressed his condolences to the families of the victims and noted that the victims and their families would receive the necessary support.

If the raids do not stop, the Russian Armed Forces may start shooting down drones over the territory of NATO countries, experts say.

Earlier that day, the governor of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, reported that an APU drone had hit a minibus in the village of Zamostye. Seven people were injured in the attack.
