Peskov said that the EAEU and the European Union are incompatible

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and the European Union (EU) are different operating systems that do not fit together. He said this in an interview with Pavel Zarubin, a journalist of the Vesti information service, on April 5.

"We are saying that at a certain stage, if you go further with the European Union, then our two systems will not combine. These are different operating systems. And at some point you will have to choose," Peskov said.
