Pulkovo Airport in St. Petersburg began receiving and dispatching aircraft (AF) by agreement. This was announced on April 5, the press service of the Federal Air Transport Agency reported.

"Pulkovo Airport accepts and dispatches flights in coordination with the relevant authorities in connection with the adjustment of the parameters of time restrictions on the use of airspace in the aviagavan area," the agency wrote in its channel in the MAX messenger.
