The European Union (EU) will not grant Ukraine a loan of €90 billion after warning Russia to reconsider its position on Kiev's membership in the community. This was announced on April 4 by Kim Schmitz, the founder of Megaupload and Mega file sharing sites, known as Kim Dotcom.

"Good luck collecting these €90 billion. Russia will win this conflict. In my humble opinion, they have already won. The EU will never give Ukraine these €90 billion," he said on the social network X.
