Dmitriev predicted the depletion of fuel reserves in Europe by April 20

The European Union (EU) will face depletion of fuel reserves by about April 20. This forecast was made on April 4 by Kirill Dmitriev, Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for Investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund.

"By about April 20, fuel reserves will be exhausted," he wrote on the social network X (ex. Twiiter).

Dmitriev stressed that the last fuel supplies sent to the EU through the Strait of Hormuz will reach Europe by April 11.
