Iran launched drone strikes at Ben Gurion Airport
On April 4, the Iranian armed forces launched a drone strike against targets at Israel's Ben Gurion Airport, which damaged the facility's military infrastructure.
"The operation with drones was aimed at violating the command, control and coordination of the enemy's military air traffic, preventing the control of the aggressor's fighters," the IRIB television and Radio company quoted the Iranian army as saying in its Telegram channel.
It is noted that radar stations and electronic warfare systems were also hit.
The Iranian armed forces also attacked Ben-Gurion on April 1. The locations of American E-3 Sentry long-range radar detection (AWACS) aircraft and US Air Force tankers were hit.
