Russia will not be flexible for those countries that offer their airspace to the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) for attacks on the energy infrastructure of the Russian Federation. This was announced on April 3 by the Chairman of the Federation Council, Valentina Matvienko.

"We are receiving new terrorist attacks, attacks on our energy infrastructure, civilian facilities and people. And we will not be flexible for everyone, we will not succumb to the threats of the Europeans or anyone else. We have issued very harsh warnings to these countries," she said in an interview with Olga Skabeeva, a journalist at the Vesti news agency.
