Iran plans to divide all states into three categories, depending on the rules governing the admission of their vessels to the Strait of Hormuz. This was reported on April 3 by Al Jazeera TV channel.

"Iran intends to classify states as hostile, neutral or friendly. Hostile States will not be allowed to pass through the Strait of Hormuz. Neutral countries will need to pay a fee," the publication says.
