Employees of the Federal Security Service (FSB)A scooter equipped with an improvised explosive device was found and neutralized at the entrance to a business center in Moscow. This was announced on April 3 at the department's Public Relations Center.

"A high-profile terrorist act was prevented <...> against one of the high-ranking leaders of the law enforcement system. <...> At the scene, explosives experts from the FSB of Russia seized an improvised explosive device consisting of 1.5 kg of plastic explosive, damaging elements in the form of bolts and nuts, controlled via a WiFi relay of the smart home system and 4G-the modem," the statement said.

According to the department, the SBU is behind the organization of the terrorist attack. Tactically, the planned terrorist attack is identical to the other one — it is an attempt on General Igor Kirillov.

The FSB clarified that the explosive device, which looks like a household charging station, was hidden in the luggage compartment of a scooter parked at one of the business centers in Moscow. The Ukrainian special services planned to activate the bomb remotely. The operation of this device "could lead to numerous civilian casualties," the ministry added.

On March 28, the FSB reported that a terrorist attack planned by Kiev against a law enforcement officer had been prevented in Stavropol. Acting on the instructions of an employee of the Ukrainian special services, the attacker seized an improvised explosive device from a cache in order to subsequently detonate the personal car of the target of the attack. It is noted that during the detention, the Ukrainian curator remotely detonated an explosive device, which caused the saboteur to die.
