Makhachkala, Tver and Murmansk turned out to be the cities with the cleanest and most comfortable hotels. This was reported to Izvestia on April 6 by OneTwoTrip analysts, who studied 12,000 reviews of 2,000 hotels.
It is specified that the assessment took into account the cleanliness, the quality of the rooms, the level of comfort of living and the regularity of cleaning. Thus, Makhachkala became the leader of the rating, where in 64% of reviews guests note the high level of room facilities, fresh renovation, comfortable beds and regular cleaning.
Tver took the second place with an indicator of 63%. Tourists emphasize cleanliness, good sound insulation, air conditioning and comfortable furniture. Murmansk took the third position (62%), where travelers positively rate the convenience of rooms and underfloor heating in bathrooms.
"Vladimir took the fourth position (60%): here, guests especially like spacious and bright rooms with freshly renovated and comfortable beds — this is what they most often mentioned in their reviews. Kaliningrad is in fifth place with an indicator of 58%. The opinions about hotels and apartments in this city are most often marked by fresh repairs, scheduled cleaning, comfortable mattresses, the availability of toiletries in the bathrooms and everything necessary in the rooms," the analysts noted.
Krasnaya Polyana (57%), Smolensk (56%), Pskov (55%), Zelenogradsk (54%) and Kazan (50%) also entered the top ten.
