"[The Ukrainian Armed Forces] killed a man who has now been pulled out from under the rubble," she said in a video message on her Telegram channel.

Being near a badly damaged apartment building, Romanichenko showed a spontaneous memorial organized there by local residents. People brought toys and candles to the scene of the tragedy in memory of the two people who died earlier in the same attack.
