On April 3, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova ironically commented on the statement by Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky on his readiness to participate in unblocking the Strait of Hormuz, urging him to take on major problems.

In her post, Zakharova cited Zelensky's earlier statement that no one had involved Ukraine in unblocking the Strait of Hormuz, but it was ready to help.

"I've decided everything at home. It's time to tackle major problems," she wrote on her Telegram channel.

An Iranian diplomatic source reported on April 3 that three Russian vessels would be granted safe passage through the Strait of Hormuz. It is reported that the Islamic Republic considers Russia a friendly country.
