A new cultural and sports center "Pechatniki" has opened in the south-east of the capital, on Polbina Street. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin told about this in his channel in the MAX messenger.

The new center features modern multifunctional spaces: a transformable concert hall with pull-out seats, a sports hall with panoramic windows, and wide halls with interactive panels. Classes in various types of art will be organized here — theater, vocal and painting, as well as programs for participants of the Moscow Longevity. Concerts, productions, educational events and workshops are planned to be held at the center. In addition, sports areas will be opened: acrobatics, gymnastics, martial arts, as well as classes in yoga, pilates, stretching and other types of activity.

According to the mayor of the capital, today Pechatniki is becoming one of the key development areas of the capital, where the city authorities are implementing major projects to upgrade the transport system and form a high-tech industrial base. A surface metro has already been launched here, modern city stations have been opened and the network of public transport routes has been expanded. In the coming years, the area will continue to develop: it is planned to build the Biryulevskaya metro line with the Kuryanovo station, as well as the construction of the Yuzhny Port station as part of the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovsky radius.

All important news is on the Izvestia channel in the MAX messenger.
