Macron called on medium-sized countries to stand up to US hegemony

Medium-sized states should cooperate and enter into a confrontation with the hegemony of the "unpredictable" United States. This was announced by French President Emmanuel Macron, whose words were quoted by Bloomberg on April 3.

"Our goal is not to be vassals of two hegemonic powers. We don't want to depend on the dominance of, say, China, or we don't want to be too exposed to the unpredictability of the United States," he said during his speech to students from Seoul, where he arrived as part of an Asian tour.
