Three civilians of the Luhansk People's Republic (LNR), as well as an employee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, were injured as a result of attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on April 3 by the head of the region Leonid Pasechnik.

"In Svatovo, a man was injured near a local hospital. He received all the necessary medical care. This morning, at the exit from the city, a civilian passenger car was hit, the driver and passenger were injured," he wrote on the MAX channel.
