The first point of the charges concerns conspiracy to violate US sanctions. For this, each of the defendants may face up to 20 years in prison, as well as a fine of up to $ 1 million.

The second charge is conspiracy to legalize illegally obtained funds. According to it, the maximum penalty is also up to 20 years in prison, and the fine can reach $ 500 thousand. In addition, the court may recover an amount twice the amount of funds involved in the alleged criminal scheme.
