In April, Gorky Film Studio, subordinate to the Moscow Department of Culture, prepared a series of events for film production specialists. Visitors will be able to get acquainted with the work of casting directors, producers, makeup artists and animal scene directors. This was reported on April 3 on the website mos.ru .

It is specified that the program includes open meetings and public talks. On April 6, at 16:00 in the Gorky Hall, a video podcast will be recorded on the topic "How to find the face of the project" with the speaker, casting director and teacher of the All-Russian State Institute of Cinematography named after S.A. Gerasimov Anna Kevorkova.

On April 9, at 17:00, there will be a meeting with makeup artist Ekaterina Odintsovo, on April 10 at 19:00 — a public talk with the director of animal scenes Ekaterina Mamakina, and on April 17 at 19:00 in Gorky Hall - with producer Ivan Yakovenko.

"Visitors will learn about the secrets of professions and the prospects of auteur cinema," the publication says.

It was noted that Gorky Film Studio is the oldest film studio in Moscow, celebrating its 111th anniversary this year. It produces feature films, documentaries, and TV series for youth and family audiences. The Gorky Film Campus youth space has been created for aspiring cinematographers.

The Moscow Film Cluster, of which the studio is a part, unites the infrastructure and services for film producers — the Moskino Film Park, the Gorky Film Studio, the Moskino film Factory, the Moskino cinema chain, as well as the Moskino film commission and platform.

The website says that the program of events contributes to the implementation of the national project "Family" and develops opportunities for professional and mass involvement in culture.

Earlier, on March 31, it was reported that in April, the capital's theaters will offer viewers to go on fantastic trips through space and literary worlds. For example, on April 3 and 18, the play "Ghosts of Mars" will be shown at the N.V. Gogol Theater for viewers aged 16 and over, and on April 19, The Little Prince will be shown at the Stas Namin Theater for children aged six and over.
