The investment program of Logic of Milk until 2030 will amount to about 100 billion rubles, said Ruslan Alisultanov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company. He spoke in an interview with Forbes about his plans to turn Russia's leading dairy producer into one of the key players in the food industry market.
According to Alisultanov, the funds will be used for technological modernization of all plants, automation of production lines, vertical integration and R&D development. In particular, the company will invest in the creation of its own starter cultures. Also, Milk Logic will continue to update its IT infrastructure and expand its product line with high added value.
Speaking about financial performance, Alisultanov noted that in 2025 the company received 161 billion rubles in revenue (an increase of 13.6%), despite the fact that the industry as a whole was not going through the best period. He also recalled that the company's products are exported to 12 countries.
According to Alisultanov, the priority categories of the Russian company remain traditional milk (milk, kefir, sour cream) and modern (yoghurts, desserts, functional drinks), with Milk Logic paying special attention to baby food. The company also entered new categories: the Polaris ice cream factory in the Novosibirsk region was recently purchased. Alisultanov declined to comment on other acquisitions and geographical expansion, but confirmed that there is not enough capacity — for example, demand for Greek yogurt steadily exceeds production capacity.
Alisultanov noted that by 2030 he wants to see the company as a technological leader in the Russian market, a reliable partner of the state and a competitive global player. "We want to create a Russian Nestle. We are moving in this direction," the businessman said. At the same time, Alisultanov does not consider Danone's possible return to Russia to be an obstacle.: The assets were purchased without a repurchase option, which means that competition is possible only on general market grounds.
