Former Deputy Prime Minister of the Altai Territory Ivan Kibardin was sentenced by the Presnensky Court of Moscow to five years in prison for trying to get 36 million rubles from an entrepreneur for concluding a state contract. This was announced on April 2 by the FSB's Public Relations Center.
