An 18-year-old administrator of SIM boxes was detained in the Chelyabinsk region. This was reported on April 2 in the regional FSB.

"The police have already established a direct connection between the detainee and the commission of serious crimes. So, one of the mobile numbers involved in the operation of the seized SIM box was used to steal money from a resident of the Leningrad region," the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the region added.
