The Orion spacecraft launched to the Moon as part of the Artemis II mission had problems with communication and toilet facilities. This was announced on April 1 by the head of NASA, Jared Isaacman, during a press conference after the launch.

He clarified that during the launch on Orion, a short-term communication problem was fixed when the agency staff on Earth did not hear the astronauts' messages. At the same time, the crew of the spacecraft heard what was being transmitted to them from the flight control center.
