The expert reported on the advanced technologies of Russian archaeologists in Palmyra

Russian studies of the ancient city of Palmyra in Syria were able to demonstrate to the whole world that the technologies of Russian archaeologists for three—dimensional fixation of objects - the transfer of objects into a digital 3D model are the most advanced. This was stated on April 2 in an interview with Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Director of the Institute of the History of Material Culture (IIMC). RAN Andrey Polyakov.

"The famous Palmyra has shown the whole world that our three—dimensional fixation technologies are the most advanced," Polyakov told TASS.
