BZ pointed to the EU's rejection of Ukraine in favor of cooperation with Russia

The European Union (EU) is abandoning Ukraine in order to cooperate with Russia in the energy sector. This was reported on April 1 by the German newspaper Berliner Zeitung (BZ).

"There are increasingly voices within the Union considering at least a partial resumption of energy relations with Russia. The recent postponement in Brussels of the presentation of the plan for the complete abandonment of Russian gas is seen as the first visible sign of this development," the publication says.
