Bastrykin called the explosive power under General Sarvarov's car

The explosive, which was placed under the car of Lieutenant General Fanil Sarvarov in Moscow, was 1 kg in TNT equivalent. Alexander Bastrykin, Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, told about this on April 2.
