The Russian Armed Forces destroyed two tanks and a howitzer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Dobropolsky direction

The Lancet operators of the unmanned systems troops of the 120th Marine Division of the Center group of forces destroyed two tanks and a howitzer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Dobropolsky direction. This was announced on April 2 by the Russian Ministry of Defense.

The crew of the Zala reconnaissance unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) was conducting reconnaissance in one of the areas in its area of responsibility when it detected a moving enemy tank and set up surveillance on it. As a result of surveillance, the parking place of armored vehicles was discovered. The position of an artillery piece was also revealed.

The crew of the reconnaissance drone promptly transmitted the coordinates to the command post, after which Lancet barrage ammunition was launched to inflict fire damage.

According to objective monitoring conducted in real time, two T-64 tanks and a howitzer were successfully hit.

If the raids do not stop, the Russian Armed Forces may start shooting down drones over the territory of NATO countries, experts say.

The Russian army attacked military airfields, as well as enterprises of the military-industrial complex (MIC) of Ukraine on April 1. The ministry added that Russian military personnel also hit storage sites for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), energy and fuel infrastructure facilities, as well as locations of Ukrainian militants and foreign mercenaries in 149 districts.
