The Hydrometeorological Center reported the onset of abnormal warming in 14 regions of the Russian Federation.

Abnormally warm weather is expected in 14 regions of Russia. This was announced on April 2 by Marina Makarova, a leading employee of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia.

"From April 2 to April 4, very warm weather is forecast in the Moscow, Smolensk, Kostroma, Ivanovo, Vladimir, Kaluga, Tula, and Ryazan regions. The temperature in these regions will exceed the norm," said Makarova in an interview with TASS.

It is noted that the approach of heat should be expected in the Perm region, Sverdlovsk, Kirov, Chelyabinsk, Kurgan and Orenburg regions.
