The Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region ordered Alexander Burdin, the former CEO of the bankrupt Transaero airline, to pay 243.3 billion rubles, over $31 million and €1,128 (in the amount of about 245.8 billion rubles at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of Russia on the date of the decision) in subsidiary liability for the company's debts. According to court documents, the recoverer in the case was partially replaced from Transaero itself to its creditors, with the allocation of amounts in accordance with the requirements of each of them.
As a result, Burdin's debt to Transaero amounted to 171.5 billion rubles, $31.6 million and €1,128.
