Putin pointed to sky-high gas prices in Europe

Today, gas prices in Europe are through the roof, reaching up to $600 per thousand cubic meters. This was announced on April 1 by Russian President Vladimir Putin during a meeting with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

"Today, you know, energy prices and gas prices, for example, in Europe, go through the roof for $600 per thousand cubic meters, and Russia sells gas to Armenia for $177.5 per thousand cubic meters," the Russian leader said.
