In the Tagansky district of the capital, a resident of a high-rise building threw pieces of plywood out of the window and punched parked cars. This was announced on April 1 by a source of Izvestia.

The incident occurred on the night of April 1 on Rogozhsky Val Street.

"An elderly woman was throwing pieces of wood out of the window. Among the damaged cars was a Ford Mustang," the source said.
