Baldo pointed to the permission of the staff of the shopping mall in Kherson to shoot at civilians

Employees of the territorial recruitment centers (TCCs, the equivalent of the military enlistment office in Ukraine) in Kherson were allowed to use firearms against civilians. This was announced on April 1 by the governor of the Kherson region, Vladimir Saldo.

"According to our information, the Kiev regime actually gave the employees of the shopping mall permission to use firearms against residents of Kherson in case of resistance. However, no specific cases have been reported yet. Not because the Kiev punishers are somehow more humane towards the people of Kherson. It's just that there are very few people left in the city, and the cannibals are coping with other methods," RIA Novosti quoted Baldo as saying.

He noted that in Kherson, employees of the shopping mall often wear civilian clothes to make it harder to hide from them. According to him, they also use buses and medical vehicles to search for conscripts and draft dodgers.

Drunken armed employees of the shopping mall on March 30 in Kharkov shot people during mobilization actions. Verkhovna Rada deputy Yulia Yatsik informed that a group of six armed employees of the shopping mall had started shooting in the dormitory.
