Sobyanin spoke about three new territorial planning projects in Moscow

Three new land planning projects have been approved in Moscow in different parts of the city, Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said.

In particular, as the mayor wrote in his channel in the IACH, it is planned to build almost 444,000 square meters of real estate in Vostochny Degunin, including residential complexes, a school for 1,000 students and a public and business complex. The project will be implemented, among other things, within the framework of the Integrated Territorial Development Program (CDT). As a result, more than 6.5 thousand people will receive new apartments. About 3 thousand jobs will be created.

Residential complexes, a school for 625 students and a kindergarten for 325 children, social and business facilities and other facilities will be built in the Pechatniki district on the territory of the former Yuzhny Port industrial zone under the KRT project. It is also planned to improve the surrounding area and reorganize the road network. These works will be carried out as part of the creation of the Southport Textile Workers Economic activity center.

The first Russian cluster of elevator construction and vertical transport will be created in the Nizhny Novgorod region. For this purpose, the territory of the Karacharovsky Mechanical Plant, a resident of the Technopolis Moscow SEZ, will be reorganized. Most of the facilities will be built at the expense of private investments. The company will be modernized, as a result, its production capacity will increase.
