- Almost 10 billion rubles will be allocated for the third stage of the Eastern Bypass in Tula
In Tula, 9.6 billion rubles will be allocated for the construction of the third stage of the Eastern Bypass. The funds will come from the federal budget. This is stated in the order of the Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
The construction of the third stage of the Eastern Bypass in Tula is listed in a separate line in the document on financing road activities for 2026-2031, TSN24 clarifies.
The project will be implemented in stages. Each one is detailed in the schedule of work. The third stage of the bypass is scheduled to be commissioned in 2029. The length of the section will be 1.8 km.
Thanks to the third stage of the Eastern Bypass, the authorities expect to remove the T-shaped intersection in Krivoluchye and redirect traffic bypassing residential areas. There will be four lanes on the road, with an estimated speed of 80 km/h.
The first stage of the Eastern Bypass was completed in 2006. The second one was launched in 2020.
Earlier it was reported that in Tula in 2026 they plan to install lanterns at 100 facilities. The list of addresses was formed based on requests from residents. Installation is performed by specialists of MBU Tulagorsvet at the expense of extra-budgetary funds.
