Russians named ideal features of appearance in different regions
Russians represent the standard of a woman's figure, skin, eye shape and hair color in different ways depending on the region of residence. For example, brown eyes are considered beautiful among the inhabitants of the Volga region, and the "pear" figure is attractive to Siberians. On April 3, SOKOLOV BEAUTY brand analysts told Izvestia about what regional beauty standards look like.
The majority of respondents are guided by soft Slavic features in the image of the standard of beauty. Russians consider an oval face (27%), a medium-sized forehead (34%) and rounded, moderately pronounced cheekbones (20%) to be the most attractive. At the same time, residents of the Far East and the North-Western District were more likely to point out expressive features in the portrait of the standard during the survey.
