An IL-76 special aircraft of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation flew to Moscow, carrying victims of the accident at the Nizhnekamskneftekhim plant in Tatarstan. This was announced on April 1 by the press service of the department in the Telegram channel.

"A special board of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations will deliver the victims from Nizhnekamsk to Moscow," the publication says.
