Russians must submit a personal income tax declaration by April 30. This was announced on April 1 by Evgeniya Memruk, founder of the Business and Taxes Management Center, head of the Union of Accountants and Tax Consultants.

"No later than April 30, 2026, inclusive, it is necessary to submit a declaration only to those who must submit it. That is, he received income from which personal income tax was not withheld. Starting in 2026, a new 3-personal income tax form should be used to declare income earned in 2025, approved by Federal Tax Service Order No. ED-7-11/913 dated October 20, 2025," Memruk said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
