In Germany, the price of gasoline has risen to its maximum since the spring of 2022 and amounted to €2.13 per liter. This became known on April 1 from the data of the European Commission (EC).

It is noted that the cost of gasoline is 13% higher than the average in Europe, where gasoline costs €1.89 per liter.

Due to rising prices, Germany has entered the list of countries with the most expensive gasoline. It also includes Denmark (€2.25 per liter), the Netherlands (€2.35 per liter), Finland (€2.11 per liter), RIA Novosti reported.
