Iran's revenues from the control of the Strait of Hormuz will double the country's oil revenues. This was announced on March 31 by the assistant to the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic, Mohammad Mohber.

"This control will bring us twice as much revenue as oil," Mohber said on state television.
