The expert named three typical savings schemes for bidding for school security
Companies that conclude contracts for security in schools at prices that do not correspond to real calculations save money using three typical schemes that affect the quality of service provision, the head of the Law center said in a conversation with Izvestia.Guru" Alexander Evstashenkov.
"The first scheme is to transfer employees from employment contracts to civil law contracts or to self—employed status: this allows you not to pay insurance premiums, saving up to 30% of the payroll," he said.
The second way to save money is to actually reduce the number of working guards while formally matching the staffing table to the contract, the expert added.
"The third option is to save on everything that is not explicitly stated in the terms of reference: if the TOR did not specify the requirements for equipment, uniforms, and frequency of briefings, the contractor will take advantage of this," the source warned the editorial staff.
