Singer Larisa Dolina has reduced to 114 million rubles the claims for recovery of property damage caused to her in the criminal case of apartment fraud. This was announced on March 31 by a correspondent of Izvestia from the hall of the Balashikha city Court.

Now the amount previously listed in the statement of claim from the singer's representative in more than 176 million rubles is 114 million rubles.

"According to the verdict, the amount of damage has been determined, it includes 175 million — these are stolen funds, money transfers and transferred cash, as well as the market value of the apartment. We are reducing the size of claims. Accordingly, we subtract 61 million rubles from the stolen 175 million rubles, which have already been recovered, and we get 114 million rubles," Dolina's representative said in court.

The decision to award 61 million rubles was made by a court in Yoshkar-Ola. In February, it became known that the defense of one of the defendants in the Dolina apartment fraud case, Andrei Osnovy, intends to file a cassation appeal against the verdict. At the same time, the Moscow Regional Court increased the punishment for the defendant in the case of fraud with the apartment of singer Angela Tsyrulnikova. The term that Tsyrulnikova will have to serve in a general regime colony has been increased by three months.

In November last year, the Balashikha City Court issued a verdict in the case of the sale of the singer's apartment. It was noted that the courier Tsyrulnikova, who took the money from the singer, received seven years in prison with a fine of 1 million rubles. Three more defendants in the case — Osnovy, Artur Kamenetsky and Dmitry Leontiev — were sentenced to terms from four to seven years in a penal colony with a fine of 900 thousand rubles.
