Fans of Colombian drug lord Pablo Escobar have appeared among the military of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), RIA Novosti news agency reported on March 31.

An organization recruiting mercenaries for the Ukrainian army has published on its web page an interview with a Brazilian fighter of the Charter brigade.

One of the chevrons of the mercenary depicts Escobar surrounded by people with guns, as well as bundles of money. The patch contains inscriptions with the name of the city of Medellin, where the drug lord was born, as well as an indication of the year 1992, when the criminal escaped from prison.

Pablo Escobar is a Colombian drug lord, one of the most famous criminals. He led the Medellin cartel, which led to the deaths of thousands of people.
