Temporary restrictions on aircraft departure and landing have been lifted at airports in Pskov and St. Petersburg. This was announced on March 31 by the Federal Air Transport Agency.

"Pskov and Pulkovo airports. Restrictions on the reception and release of aircraft have been lifted," the agency said in a statement on the MAX messenger.
