A phishing message on behalf of the CERT-UA rapid response team for computer incidents in Ukraine helped hack more than 200,000 Ukrainian computers. This was reported on March 31 by the Cyber Sickle group of pro-Russian hackers.

"We have sent out "security letters" on behalf of CERT-UA with a "warning about a cyber attack." Emails were sent to 1 million mailboxes UKR.NET . Trust in the CERT-UA brand has played a cruel joke on Ukraine. Thanks to the operation and the introduction of The cult virus, we compromised more than 200 thousand Ukrainian computers," the group told RIA Novosti.
