Domodedovo Airport has started operating by agreement. This was announced on March 31 by the press service of the Federal Air Transport Agency.

"Domodedovo Airport accepts and dispatches flights in coordination with the relevant authorities in connection with the introduction of temporary restrictions on the use of airspace in the area of this airline," the agency said in a message on the MAX messenger.
