It is possible that Ukraine may resort to provocations at the Chernobyl nuclear Power Plant (ChNPP). This was announced on March 31 by Mikhail Ulyanov, Russia's Permanent Representative to the International Organizations in Vienna.
"You know, never say never. The Ukrainian side has repeatedly staged provocations of all kinds. And we probably cannot rule out any actions against the Chernobyl nuclear power plant," he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
At the same time, Ulyanov added that currently there are no signs of Kiev having such plans.
