The UK has launched an investigation into the fall of a three-year-old child from a window in Ulan-Ude

In Ulan-Ude (Republic of Buryatia), a check has been organized on the fact that a three-year-old boy fell from a height of the fourth floor. This is reported by the republican SU of the Investigative Committee of Russia.

The incident occurred on October 29 in an apartment building on Lebedeva Street. According to preliminary data, the boy was left alone in the kitchen, climbed onto the window sill, opened the window and leaned on the mosquito net. The structure could not withstand the pressure and fell out, dragging the child with it.

According to the Investigative Committee, at the time of the fall, the baby's mother and grandmother, with whom he lives, were sleeping. When the adults woke up, they noticed an open window and found a child downstairs.

The baby was hospitalized with a traumatic brain injury and a fractured femur, UlanMedia said. He is in extremely serious condition, and doctors are fighting for his life.

Upon the fact of the incident, the Investigative Committee organized an inspection, based on the results of which a decision will be made to institute a criminal case.

On March 30, in Lyubertsy, Moscow region, a two-year-old child fell out of a window and ended up on the roof of a house. He was discovered and filmed by passers-by, calling the police and an ambulance.
