Three people were killed in a head-on collision between a passenger car and a logging truck in the Turinsky district of the Sverdlovsk region. This was reported to the <url> news agency by the regional State Traffic Inspectorate.

The accident occurred the night before, on March 29, on the 12th km of the Turinsk–Urusovo – Blagoveshchenskoe–Kondrakhino highway. It was previously established that the Renault Logan driver lost control during a prolonged turn. The car flew into oncoming traffic and crashed into a logging truck "MAZ".

As a result of the collision, the 34-year-old driver of the car and his two passengers, aged 39 and 50, were seriously injured, from which they died on the spot. All of them are residents of the Turin region.

According to the news agency, the man driving the Renault did not have a driver's license. His condition at the time of the accident will be determined as part of the examination. All the circumstances of the fatal car crash are being established.

On March 29, on the highway in the Rostov region, a passenger Skoda Octavia crashed into a KAMAZ truck, after which a Toyota Camry crashed into it. All three people in the Skoda, including a child born in 2022, died.
