A fire in the northeast of Moscow at the Scarlet Sails Yacht club has been eliminated. The relevant information was published on March 30 on the official website of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in the capital.

"Upon arrival of the fire and rescue units, three watercraft caught fire on land. The fire was eliminated by the measures taken," the ministry said in a statement.

The ministry's investigators will determine the cause of the incident. The Ministry of Emergency Situations did not provide any other details.

On the same day, a source from Izvestia reported that yachts caught fire under the Stroginsky Bridge on the Moskva River. It was noted that no people were found on them. Later it became known that one victim of the fire was examined by doctors.
